Occupation C.M.P. Cashiers' School

This would be the C.M.P. Cashiers' School,  which is presumably where he started before going out to Egypt-Greece- Egypt. It was what DMC had put on my B. Cert, but his Army Pay Book  shows that he was on active service by 1941, and he certainly was not  at 'Cashiers School' when part of the Greek campaign, so if anything
this should be 1940, when he 'signed up'. It would be the last known  fact that DMC had, because once on overseas service, letters were  censored, and she did not know where in the world he was serving. - btc
